It’s not just out of personal interest that I search the internet for barbecue recipes from time to time. In the process, I realize – grilling vegetables is new territory, at least in the German-speaking world, that still seems unexplored.
Why?
When it comes to preparation, phrases such as:

“Cook the vegetables in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes until the vegetables are cooked and slightly browned. If necessary, switch on the oven’s grill function.”

“first turn on the oven grill. Wash the vegetables and….”

The question then arises, what is barbecue? Not every sparkling wine can call itself champagne, not every grilled cheese haloumi. Only grilling seems to be something that works with both brown coal in the oven and charcoal in the stainless steel grill.
But for the true grill master, of course, there can be only one! ;)
