Extremely tasty – super easy.

What you need

  • Herb mushrooms 300 grams
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • Half cup of balsamic vinegar
  • Half cup of olive oil
  • Freshen Tymian
  • teaspoon salt
  • wooden skewers
  • freezer bags
  • grill ;)

Cut large mushrooms in half lengthwise. Chop the garlic clove into small pieces and pluck the leaves from 7-8 thyme twigs. Put everything in the freezer bag with the mushrooms and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Then put it on the well-watered wooden skewers. Cut off long protrusions – otherwise they will start to burn

Grill each side for about 5 minutes
