A loyal fan of our ZWEEHALB has sent us some great pictures. At “special effects” was not saved here. One can only quote the sentence of Neil Armstrong (July 20, 1969, 4:18 pm): „The Eagle has landed……“.
Unfortunately, the photographer here has to suffer a lot – what no one knew, the responsible for the great smoke dry ice must be the real mosquito bait – reason is: mosquitoes find people, among other things on the increased carbon dioxide levels of air, caused by the exhaled CO ². Dry ice is nothing more than carbon dioxide in cold (below minus 78 °).
Curious and further “gegoggeld” also found that dry ice is used among other things commercially as a lure for Blutsaugende insects.
So beware of additional smoke effects, the next mosquito bite is close!
