These General Conditions of Participation for our competitions (“Conditions of Participation”) apply to all competitions organised by pr-ide.
All persons who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate.
Participation and chances of winning do not depend in any way on the purchase of a product.
The winner will be announced in the competition announcement. The winner will be determined from all participants by drawing lots and will be published in a new announcement by the organizer with his or her name or pseudonym. The winner(s) must email grill@zweenhalb. de within five days with their first and last names, age, full postal address and a screenshot of their social network profile used to participate in the edit view, which only the profile owner can see, to confirm the prize. If the prize is not confirmed as described, the winner loses all rights to the prize.
Participation by means other than those described in these Conditions of Participation is not permitted. Legal recourse is excluded.
Prizes are not transferable. Winnings cannot be paid out in cash. The winner has no claim to payment of the prize in kind or exchange of the prize for another item. The organizer reserves the right to give the winner an alternative prize of equal or higher value if for any reason an advertised prize is not available.
The organizer reserves the right to stop, cancel, suspend, postpone or change the competition in whole or in part without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer occur that prevent the scheduled execution of the competition. Liability towards participants, winners or third parties is excluded.
The first name as well as the first letter of the winners’ last name and place of residence can be published on the TWO-HALF website and the official TWO-HALF Facebook pages, the official TWO-HALF Twitter page and the official TWO-HALF YouTube channel.
These conditions of participation are subject to German law. For all disputes arising from this competition, the courts of the place where the participant in dispute with the organizer resides shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By participating in the competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions of participation.
