Today I would like to introduce you to a vegan barbecue recipe that you can easily prepare on a charcoal grill. This is a delicious vegetable skewer with tofu and a spicy marinade. The recipe is not only healthy and animal-friendly, but also very flavorful and juicy. You only need a few ingredients and a little patience while grilling. Here are the instructions for four people:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 400 g firm tofu<\/li>\n<li>2 zucchini<\/li>\n<li>2 peppers (red and yellow)<\/li>\n<li>1 large onion<\/li>\n<li>8 wooden skewers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the marinade:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tablespoons soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons maple syrup<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic (pressed)<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp paprika powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp oregano<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the tofu into cubes of about 2 cm and place in a bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the soy sauce, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the tofu. Mix everything well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the zucchini, bell bell pepper, and onion into roughly equal pieces and place in another bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Soak the wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning.<\/li>\n<li>Heat the grill and distribute the coals evenly.<\/li>\n<li>Thread the tofu and vegetables alternately onto the skewers and brush with a little marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Place the skewers on the grill and grill on all sides until nicely browned, about 15 minutes. Brush frequently with the remaining marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Bon appetit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello dear barbecue friends!
