Eigentlich verarbeiten wir ja 2,5 mm (<strong>ZWEEnHALB<\/strong>) Blech-Platten auf\u00a0 Laser-Zuschnitt-Maschinen. Nun war aus Versehen eine der Platten vertauscht worden. Statt unseres bew\u00e4hrtem Edelstahls ist hier eine Platte Rhenium dazwischen gekommen. Das tut uns nat\u00fcrlich sehr leid. Qualitativ ist da kaum ein Unterschied zu merken. Rhenium hat nur einen wesentlich h\u00f6heren Schmelzpunkt von ca. 3100 Grad. Und der Kilopreis ist etwas h\u00f6her, ein Kilo Rhenium wird zur Zeit mit ca. <strong>4.500,00 Euro<\/strong> gehandelt, was sich bei den 5,4 Kilo Material des <strong>ZWEEnHALB<\/strong> dann mal eben auf <strong>24.300,00 Euro Materialkosten pro Grill<\/strong> addiert. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich tauschen wir dieses fehlerhaften Grills gegen einen aus Edelstahl um. Kostenfrei!<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ihr testen wollt, ob euer ZWEEnHALB aus Rhenium ist k\u00f6nnt ihr einen einfachen Test durchf\u00fchren! Nehmt einen Diamanten, ein Teil des zu testenden Grills und ritzt damit an dem Diamanten. Wenn der Diamant angeritzt ist handelt es sich um Rhenium, das ist neben der hohen Hitzefestigkeit in Verbindung mit Bor auch noch h\u00e4rter als ein Diamant.
